- UV curing equipment is a photochemical process by which
monomers undergo curing (polymerization or cross inking) upon
exposure to ultraviolet radiation. A specially formulated monomer
will polymerize when exposed to ultraviolet radiation. This UV "curable"
monomer includes a sensitizer which absorbs UV energy and initiates
a polymerizing reaction in the monomer.
- Medium pressure Ultra Violet Curing Lamp of the Curing
System emits 365 mm as main wave length and is suitable to cure inks
and adhesives with highest efficiency and consistent quality. UV
lamps are available in 80, 120 & 160 watts/cms capacities.
Ozone-free lamps are also available.

- Lamp housing is equipped with medium pressure mercury vapour UV
lamp, air cooled, safety interlocks & lamp holders for ease of
maintenance.
- Aluminium extrusions of defined contours is the essence of
reflector assembly. Highly reflective electro-anodized aluminium
reflector surface directs UV radiation effectively and uniformly on
the substrate.
- Control panel rack as per din standard is equipped with lamp hour
meter, continuous display of supply voltage, lamp voltage & lamp
current with digital conveyor speed indicator. Emergency stop reset
button & U.V. lamp power is for level ranging from 80 x 120 x
160 watts/cms.
- The conveyor is built with sturdy mild steel powder-coated frame
with full length PTFE coated belt or steel belt.
- Optional: Suctin hold below conveyor, earth leakage circuit
breaker for extra safety & temperature indicator.
- Curing width ranges from 100 mm to 1050 mm.
