- The operation is controlled by the simple and easy to use control
panel.
- The control panel of Plate curing equipment includes main on/off,
digital temperature meter with thermostat, Amp. Meter and electronic
timer with buzzer.
- The oven is specially designed on a large surface which improves
efficiency and is completely insulated. This saves heat loss and
avoids hot air in the surrounding working areas.
Plates are baked at a temperature ranging from 220°C to 250°C.
- Thermostatically controlled hot air maintains inside temperature
evenly. This ensures even baking on all over plate area.
- Baking helps to give long print runs with same sharpness. This
ensures smooth running on press and easy to store plates for repeat
jobs.
- Four plates can be baked at a time with this Plate curing
equipment.
